HR MAP Job Description

The HR Management Associate Program (MAP) is a twenty-six month rotational program. We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who want to grow their talents through hard work, good strategies, and input from others, using a growth mindset. We want people who can bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives into our organization and in turn we will provide participants the ability to make immediate, meaningful contributions, while preparing you for future HR leadership roles. Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strategic thinking capabilities and strong leadership potential.

If you have the ability to create a performance-driven culture through change management, effective organizational design, talent management, and to elevate the employee experience, HR MAP may be for you.

At HP our HR leaders are well-rounded and have HR experience with functional depth, broad business exposure, and a global awareness, which is why our program offers three, eight-month rotations in the following areas:

  • Business HR
  • Compensation, Benefits & Employee Mobility
  • Talent, Learning & Organization Development
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • HR Global Operations
  • Workforce Planning
  • Global Talent Acquisition
  • Employee Experience

In addition to these assignments, we provide global exposure through a potential international HR rotation, and business projects to develop global sensitivity and exposure to the many different countries and regions where HP does business. Program rotations are aligned to participant interest and business need and offer formal and on-the job training, mentoring, and coaching.

Education and Experience

  • Masters/MBA degree with an HR focus
  • Must have graduated within the last 12 months as of July 2020
  • 3-6 years professional experience in business, HR, or related field; uniquely qualified candidates with less experience may be considered
