Job Description

The CrunchTime Training Implementation Specialist will travel to airport sites to implement and train employees on the CrunchTime and Net-Chef software solution as well as train airport teams on new workflow and use of the software. This role will report to the Director of Inventory Systems.

  • Short term 18 months, subject to an extension of up to six (6) additional months
  • Preferred candidates based inPhiladelphia, Pennsylvania | Denver, Colorado | Seattle, Washington
  • Requires up to 70% travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Essential Functions

  • Assists Operations through the setup, training, implementation and use of Net-Chef software
  • Capture Inventory Storage Locations
  • Assists Operations in validating the setup of Inventory Storage Locations, Company Products, Inventory
  • Units of Measure, Recipes and Purchasing Procedures
  • Provides on-going support of the software application after implementation
  • Prioritizes any reported operational and system setup issues and escalates as necessary ensuring timely communications to Operators and IT Support
  • Provides effective consultation and education to Operators on the appropriate use of all tasks within Net- Chef application
  • Participates in special projects as needed
  • Other related duties as needed or as assigned by manager



Skills/Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum one (1) year Restaurant Inventory, Finance, Procurement or Airport Restaurant operational experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (with particular emphasis on Excel) and Windows Operating System
  • Preferred knowledge of MyMicros, MyInventory, Lynx BM preferred and/or Crunchtime
  • Experienced in supporting or training on Inventory applications
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using good investigation skills
