As a site reliability engineer (SRE) on our team, you'll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You'll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You'll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. You Have:

• Experience with implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systemswhile isolating and resolving problems involving the applications, operating system, hardware, communications, or infrastructure

• Experience with installs and loads operating system and application software

• Experience with integrating new technologies into new and existing systems, including the transition and migration of corporate systems

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• HS diploma or GED

• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with hand-off of problem reports to appropriate client leadership

• Experience with providing systems and account administration consistent with system requirements to support remote system service

• Experience with providing support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

• Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

• Bachelor's degree

• Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification
