Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Business Analyst to support an agile software development team. You will work closely with the development team and client to support our contract with the U. S. Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS).

As a Business Analyst at IntelliBridge, you will be part of an integrated project team delivering scalable and secure solutions. You will use user-centered and agile methodologies to build and continuously deploy server and client-side solutions. You will perform in AWS cloud environment to manage and refine requirements, create reports, test software, support and facilitate various engagements/demos. As a member of a project delivery team, you will collaborate with project and product managers, user experience designers, and developers. Your efforts will directly serve and assist end-users. Your work will be produced in the context of IntelliBridge's DevSecOps practices, including but not limited to continuous development, deployment, integration, and monitoring.

Clearance:

• Public Trust clearance requires a background investigation (BI) and entry on duty (EOD) status. This must be applied for upon acceptance of employment offer. Candidates with existing or recently completed Public Trust background investigations are preferred.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Work closely with other business analysts and subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate into epics and stories.
• As a face of the team, respond to new initiatives/functionality, infrastructure requests, operations and maintenance issues, service desk tickets, helping to define, prioritize, and assign to the right resources on the team.
• Support daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies.
• Lead solution definition discussions and document business requirements, process flows, and business rules.
• Coordinate documentation efforts for the systems managed by the team.
• Analyze process data to identify gaps or issues in processes and work with the team to ensure clean results.
• Respond to user requests to update records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide support for downstream testing efforts and defect resolution.
• Work with other agile teams to effectively design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Work with other teams to coordinate integration testing across multiple (more than 3) teams.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies.

Required Qualifications:

• Shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience focusing on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Design.
• Shall have a minimum of one (1) year experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system.
• Shall possess experience in large scale, high-performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban models
• 3+ years of experience with agile business analysis
• Experience as a technical writer
• Ability to work with the client business owner and end-users to build well-defined agile stories and work with developers and testers to build clear acceptance criteria
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Scrum or Safe certified
