Other Transactions Team Contracts Manager

Key Role:

Manage contract negotiations and development processes and practices. Administer existing contracts and subcontracts and renew strategic alliances. Apply advanced theories, principles and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Assume responsibility for supervision and development of first level supervisors and managers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation

  • Experience with all contract types, including fixed-price, T&M, and cost

  • Experience with Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA) and Other Transaction Authority (OTA)

  • Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements, GSA, GWAC, and Commercial type

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with engineering, manufacturing or production, fabrication, and product negotiations, including key terms, non-recurring engineering, ECP, warranties, and IP

  • Experience with fixed-price engineering contracts, including contracts for the engineering lifecycle, systems delivery, fabrication, hardware production, product integration, and other engineering services associated with customized engineering, and COTS or GOTS solutions and in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
