Job Description

Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing (Multiple Positions), PwC US Tax LLP, Washington, DC. Support clients by developing compliant, tax-efficient structures that help advance their business goals. Provide transfer pricing solutions including compliance, advancing pricing agreements, and defense and dispute resolution. Provide value through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. Manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections; and supervise teams. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Economics, Finance, International Affairs, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor, progressive related work experience.

 

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Economics, Finance, International Affairs, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

 

Certification(s) Required: US CPA or foreign equivalent, ASA - Accredited Senior Appraiser, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Candidates applying with a Master’s degree in the required fields are not required to possess these certifications.

 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

 

-         Analyzing economics and the resolution of complex global tax and finance issues faced by multinational corporations including restructuring, divestitures, valuations, and intercompany transactions;

-         Managing functional analyses interviews to identify and assess clients' cross-border intercompany transactions;

-         Reviewing and analyzing pricing policies, executing market studies and strategizing on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits and advanced rulings; and

-         Performing market studies and industry research.

 

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

 

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% required.
