Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Full Stack Developer - Mid-Level to work within a growing engineering team to produce and support scalable software solutions. A successful candidate will be experienced in both front and back-end development and should specifically have expertise in visual design and utility regarding user interfaces. They should be able to communicate successfully with executives, application developers, and the user community to deliver updates and recommendations to a product's overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a growing engineering team to integrate and refine design of user-facing applications across multiple platforms.
  • Build the front-end of applications using appealing visual design that delivers an intuitive and streamlined user experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and application users to determine user needs and suggest UI/UX modifications accordingly.
  • Develop and manage well-functioning data pipelines, data storage repositories, and applications.
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Work with machine learning engineers, data engineers, and analysts to improve software.
  • Ensure user interfaces run consistently across all available platforms and operating systems.
  • Perform comprehensive user interface testing and work with application users to resolve rendering and functionality issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 3-5+ years' professional experience as a full stack developer
  • 1 year of experience developing in either ServiceNow or Salesforce
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies like Angular, React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SASS
  • Familiarity with python
  • Familiarity with databases and query scripting (e.g., SQL, SQQL, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
  • Cloud experience in AWS and/or Azure. Cloud certifications strongly preferred.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
