Position Overview

  • As a Channel Account Manager specializing in Enterprise Visibility and Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our channel partner ecosystem on the US East Coast.
  • You will collaborate closely with our strategic partners to develop and execute effective sales strategies, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets in alignment with the company's objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators, distributors, and managed service providers (MSPs).

Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and business planning activities.

Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and marketing initiatives.

  • Business Development:

Identify and recruit new channel partners with a focus on expanding coverage in strategic markets and verticals.

Drive partner engagement through regular communication, training sessions, and co-selling activities to promote our visibility and security solutions.

Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Sales Enablement and Support:

Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell our enterprise visibility and security products and services.

Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive support and address partner needs throughout the sales cycle.

Monitor partner performance against sales targets and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute strategic business plans with each channel partner to drive mutual growth and profitability.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel programs and initiatives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the enterprise visibility and security industry.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise ecosystem, network monitoring/visibility and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing channel partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
