Summary:

Goldbelt C6, LLC. is seeking a Management Analyst I to meet with managers and directors to define goals and objectives of projects. This role will support the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) Office of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Prepares recommendations for resource requirements to accomplish the projects and negotiates with stakeholders to obtain needed resources and support
  • Prepares project plans and establishes a system for review, control, and reports
  • Prepares agency directives, memoranda, policy statements, and other written guidelines and recommendations relating to projects
  • Coordinates the impact of projects with employees and managers in all affected areas and with external individuals and organizations
  • Represents the program office where they will be located, interests and endeavors for assigned projects, and functions as the resident expert relating to all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation
  • Developing project and program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones involving complex programs, systems, or issues of critical importance to the entire organization
  • Assessing project progress, conducting briefings, and preparing comprehensive reports with solutions and recommendations for top-level managers and executives
  • Analyzing and evaluating complex mission-oriented programs and projects for an organization
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and experience performing the following duties: process mapping, quantitative data analysis and metrics, life cycle costing, business and organizational improvement, and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge is applied to conduct studies, analyze findings, and make recommendations related to the planning of substantive operating programs
  • Superior organization skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to follow technical direction as delivered by Government/customer representatives
  • The ability to interact effectively in a multicultural setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to effectively use Microsoft Office business applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), and other technical software sufficient to meet the needs of their specific position with the ability to learn new emerging technologies as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of specialized experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative techniques
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • For the two (2) active vacancies, preference will be given to applicants who have at least one of the following:
    • Have demonstrable experience with programs that advance humanitarian assistance, grants administration and proposals, monitoring and evaluation of assistance funds, reporting requirements and programmatic risk management. Programmatic experience with Sub-Saharan Africa humanitarian assistance is preferred, but not required
    • Have demonstrable experience in USG strategic communications, public affairs and relations, media engagement and press releases, communications planning, and social media management. Communications experience with international development or humanitarian assistance is preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field
  • Current active Secret security clearance
