We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented intern to join our dynamic Global Enterprise Services (GES) team. The GES team is responsible for several critical functions that support our company's global operations, including global supply chain, payroll, IT, accounts payable, and more. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and learn about the various facets of business operations within a large organization.

Job Duties:

• Assist with research and analysis of processes and procedures within the GES team, which includes global supply chain, payroll, IT, accounts payable, and other critical functions.
• Support project teams with data collection, organization, and presentation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to various enterprise systems utilized by the GES team.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Participate in meetings and take notes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (all majors welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
