About This RoleSupports the In-Building Project Architect team by acting as the primary technical sales support to manage requests for in-building and campus networked wireless systems. Manages the intake process for requests, facilitating needs-assessment discussions with direct sales teams and customers. Responsible for documentation and management of project requirements, contracts and leases, estimated and actual costs, and timelines.
Engages with a wide array of functional expertise to ensure projects are delivered efficiently through partnerships with Real Estate, legal, revenue planning & analysis, network/engineering, and direct sales teams within the Business Sales Organization.
- Oversee and support multiple projects simultaneously by demonstrating the key competencies of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing of projects to meet customer and company expectations.
- Engage with direct sales teams and customers to conduct needs assessments and provide initial evaluations of feasibility.
- Coordinate with In-Building Project Architects and external vendors to conduct in-building site surveys.
- Collaborate with In-Building Project Architects to determine recommended solutions based on needs assessments and site surveys.
- Establish and maintain relationships with equipment and installation vendors as well as customers.
- Provide project assistance through all phases to ensure milestones and timelines are met, communicating updates to stakeholders throughout.
- Communicate emerging in-building technologies or process improvements to sales teams; provide a superior customer experience by ensuring direct sales teams are educated on solutions and processes.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting in a timely manner and ad hoc reporting as business needs dictate.
- Travel required: up to 25-50% over an expansive geographic area.

Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in business and/or government sales or sales support desired.
- Basic telephony knowledge with emphasis on wireless, as well as telephone & communication networking principles required.
- Experience with various types of wireless solutions, networking, and connectivity.
- Basic working knowledge of commercial construction design features and in-building cable codes desired.
- Basic knowledge of LTE and 5G wireless communications desired.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and timelines with minimal supervision required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Basic financial business acumen.
