Pay Rate: $13.50-$14 per hour

Shift Details:
  • 1st Shift Hours: A variety of shift times are available, starting as early as 4 am and ending as late as 6 pm.
  • 2nd Shift Hours: A variety of shift times are available, starting as early as 12:30 pm and ending as late as 2:30 am.
  • All shifts are 8-hours working Monday-Friday.
The Filling Associate ensures code dates and use-by dates are accurate while verifying all equipment is in good working order and effectively operating plant equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to safety procedures
  • Measure product quantities to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, and USDA guidelines
  • Read and understand work instructions
  • Check date codes and weight information against the daily schedule
  • Ensure proper sealing of pouches
  • Assist the packing team in completing orders
  • Maintain a positive attitude when assisting peers, leaders, or supervisors
  • Keep the assigned area clean and sanitary
  • Verify equipment functionality and report any issues to the immediate supervisor
  • Inform the supervisor or lead person of any product deviations and non-conformances
  • Take immediate corrective action when necessary
  • Adhere to the company's allergen program
Requirements: 1 year of experience in food service preferred, ability to lift 50 pounds as required, and stand for the duration of the shift.
