Pay Rate: $13.50-$14 per hour
Shift Details:
- 1st Shift Hours: A variety of shift times are available, starting as early as 4 am and ending as late as 6 pm.
- 2nd Shift Hours: A variety of shift times are available, starting as early as 12:30 pm and ending as late as 2:30 am.
- All shifts are 8-hours working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Measure product quantities to ensure compliance with specifications
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, and USDA guidelines
- Read and understand work instructions
- Check date codes and weight information against the daily schedule
- Ensure proper sealing of pouches
- Assist the packing team in completing orders
- Maintain a positive attitude when assisting peers, leaders, or supervisors
- Keep the assigned area clean and sanitary
- Verify equipment functionality and report any issues to the immediate supervisor
- Inform the supervisor or lead person of any product deviations and non-conformances
- Take immediate corrective action when necessary
- Adhere to the company's allergen program
