Position Title: Equity Loan Processor/Closer
Position Description: To process and close equity mortgage loans from the initial loan application through the loan closing process.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Trainee:
* One year office administrative experience
* Ability to interpret and apply regulations, instructions and procedures
* Ability to comprehend, analyze and explain multiple, complex loan programs, financing options and basic mathematic principles
* Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, demonstrate initiative, meet deadlines, and maintain poise under challenging circumstances
* Familiarity with CRTs and PC keyboard
* Ability to effectively and efficiently work with automated systems
Target:
* One year experience as a mortgage or Equity Processor/Closer
* Knowledge of equity lending requirements, regulations and procedures
* Ability to perform the major functions of the job effectively and efficiently
Desired:
* Knowledge of equity lending requirements, regulations and procedures
* Knowledge of automated systems, including primary CICS and MLCS
* High School education
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm |
