DELTA has been tasked to provide programmatic support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to provide top-level programmatic support, technical analysis, and assist in the development of processes, procedures, requirements, and documentation that impact the development and transition of solutions developed under the NAVSEA Force Advanced Warfare Concept Technology (FACT) program.
The prospective employee is responsible for tasks including: budget exhibit reviews and submissions, spend plan tracking, liaison with the community of interest in Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other United States Government organizations as appropriate, preparation of briefings, completion of action items assigned to the NAVSEA FACT Program Office, coordination with lead technical design activities to ensure technologies are developed and transitioned in accordance with the appropriate United States Government requirements, and coordination with the resource sponsors and program offices to ensure budget requirements are in place to support development and transition of technologies.
The prospective employee is also responsible for managing the DELTA Resources Advanced Concepts team as the Senior Task Manager for this team.
Requirements:
Education: BS in Engineering or similar preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in a DoD or DHS program management organization to include extensive coordination with technical and financial personnel and an understanding of acquisition programs.
Secruity Clearance: Secret required, TS/SCI preferred.
Candidate must have the ability to collaborate with team members, multi-task and adapt to change. A professional image, proactive approach and commitment to achieve individual, team and company goals are also positive attributes. Candidate should also have sharp analytical and research skills as well as provide exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook is also required.
